Our onboarding webinar has been designed to help institutions new to the platform get the best value from their subscriptions.
During the session, one of our Customer Success specialists walks you through all the basics, including:
- Accessing the platform and navigating it effectively.
- Answering some frequently asked questions, including how adult content is managed, or how to set-up institution wide access.
- Signposting content specific to different subjects, as well as some top tips for learning how to find resources independently.
